MM30SR Fuel Hoses and Filter 

I've replaced all the braided fuel hoses and their clips on the machine.  There are 7 in total. 

Tank to filter  910mm   8mm dia

Filter to pump 1280mm 8mm dia

Pump to second filter 840mm 8 mm dia

Filter to injector pump 2120mm 8mm dia

Injector return to tank 2120mm 8mm dia

Overflow at injector pump 325mm 5mm

Overflow at injectors 100mm 5 mm

I also replaced the filter before the injector pump.  MM435190, HiFi fuel filter FT23V. This has 6 mm inlet and 7mm outlet tails.  

I used 7mm hose for the replacement as 8mm seemed a little to large for the hose tails. Apart from the two short 5mm hoses at the injectors. 

I think the hoses were original, so about 25 years old.  They were all quite stiff compared to the new braided ones,  There was signs of the braid being worn away in several places but not a lot of damage to the rubber.
